CRAZY ROCKET GARAGE / SAV — GA / EST. AMERICA

BE CRAZY. DREAM CRAZIER.

An American design studio building the future of automotive form — CAD, 3D printing, and custom body kit fabrication for one-off prototypes and production-ready applications.

SCROLL
00

We make transportation dreams real — no matter how crazy the idea. From design research and ideation through finished prototypes, every line we draw is engineered to be built.

01

Design with Intent

Surfaces resolve to a purpose. Aero, ergonomics, manufacturability — not vanity.

02

Build What We Draw

CAD that lands in the real world. Tolerances, materials, and process baked in from day one.

03

American Garage Ethos

Independent. Hands-on. Unimpressed by what came before us.

  1. PHASE 01

    Concept & Surface Studies

Hand-drawn surface intent — shoulder-line harmony, fender flow, the language the kit will speak before a single mm is measured.

    • 01Side-view profile harmony
    • 02Blend to new shoulder line
    • 03Wheel-arch sweep continuity
    CAD surface study with annotations
Surface intent / annotated CAD — Mar 2026
  2. PHASE 02

    Scan-to-CAD

The donor car is 3D-scanned to sub-millimeter accuracy. Our kit is grown directly from the scan — every flange, mounting boss, and bolt pattern derived from real geometry, not a guess.

    • 04Top-down profile lock
    • 05Sweeping wheel-arch to grille
    • 06Symmetry verification ±0.8 mm
Top-down 3D scan with widebody CAD overlay
Scan + CAD overlay / top view — Oct 2025
  3. PHASE 03

    Form Resolution

The rear is locked: diffuser, valance, fender exits. CAD form is matched against scan data section by section before tooling is committed.

    • 07Diffuser geometry locked
    • 08Rear fender exit resolved
    • 09Section continuity verified
Rear view with widebody CAD over scan
Rear form resolution / scan + CAD — Oct 2025
  4. PHASE 04

    Visualization

Final design presented in studio render — carbon roof, vented hood, integrated rear wing, machined wheels. The build target.

    • 10Carbon roof / hood vents
    • 11Integrated rear wing
    • 12Forged wheel package
Final CRG widebody render front three-quarter
    Studio render / front 3/4 — Apr 2026
  5. PHASE 05

    Color & Identity

Matte rosso. Gold CRG grille badge. The car carries the studio mark forward.

    • 13Matte rosso paint study
    • 14Gold CRG grille badge
    • 15Build hand-off

A garage in the American South, building cars for the rest of the world.

Crazy Rocket Garage is an automotive design studio operating out of Savannah, Georgia. We work at the intersection of digital and physical — CAD, 3D scanning, additive manufacturing, and traditional composite fabrication — to deliver kits and prototypes that are as rigorous as they are ambitious.

We take work that other shops won’t. One-off concepts, scan-to-CAD retrofits, full widebody programs, production-ready files. If you can draw it, we can build it — and probably make it lighter.
